Experienced B2B Events Marketing Manager required at lovely tech co., to manage the Content for their UK/EMEA events.
My Client is a New Zealand founded software company that develops cloud-based accounting software for small and medium-sized businesses.
The company has offices in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
They provide a crucial financial tool for Clients but do so with a sense of humour and collaborative spirit.
Reporting to the Head of Events, the Event Content Marketing Manager will work with internal and external creative teams on a host of events activity - from Roadshows across the UK, to large exhibitions at the Excel Centre.
Working closely with Marketing, PR and Product teams, you will be responsible for the content creation.
Projects will vary from small intimate meetings, to presence at large industry exhibitions and tailormade events hosted by the company itself.
You will be responsible for how to promote the events, the compelling reasons to attend and where relevant, creating compelling agendas, outline scripts for keynote speakers and complementary activities such as articles , blogs and emails.
You'll develop a content calendar to ensure a constant flow of relevant content for the events whilst linking it to product development and launches.
So this is a role focused not so much on the organising of the events themselves but rather on the content for the events - what have we got to say that will draw in the relevant customers and convince them to use our product/ continue to use our product/ buy more of our products.
For this Content Events role, my Client is looking for:
- 5 years+ events marketing in a high-growth environment.
-Experience devising content strategies around an events plan.
- Experience of working in a global structure.
-Experience of B2B Events.
- Experience of content writing.
With offices in London and Milton Keynes, the ideal candidate will work one day a week from each office, with the remaining three days from home- or still office based if preferred.
